"I had a great move in experience from the application process to the signing of the lease to the move-in. Everybody was prompt, was moving in a timely manner and kept a smile on their face. I am very much so satisfied with my new apartment."

"The office staff has been very nice and welcoming! I enjoy using the indoor pool and party room. Hopefully the hot tub will be opened soon. I have the convenience of an enclosed garage and nice vaulted ceilings. I would like to see some new paint in the hallways the walls are dingy."

"Since living here I haven't had any problems with the property. The amenities are nice. The indoor pool is big. The property is big. The new garbage enclosures are really nice. The staff in the office work hard to make sure every residents needs are met. The maintenance guys work very hard to keep up with the property. The one thing I do miss is the indoor hot tub. It has been down for maintenance repairs. I can't wait for it to reopen."

"Could be better. I’ve noticed there isn’t easy access to get in the main building. You have to walk all the way around from the back (outside) to get in to use the gym when office hours are closed. (Gym is open after hours). Hot tub has been closed for months, would be nice to use during the cold weather season. Dog park and the walkway surrounding it is all iced and the gate is broken. No salt on ground to prevent slipping. Basketball court is missing net. Maintenance does not fix things correctly the first time. But nice workers though, some friendly neighbors as well :) the apartment units itself is quite roomy which is nice. Like how rooms are divided in each unit and not close to one another."

"I lived in this apartment for a year, and it was a terrible experience. The amenities were consistently closed, making it impossible to enjoy them. The pond was an eyesore with a bike, trash, and basketballs littered all over. The trash system was disgusting, and the carpets in the hallways were never cleaned which had a stench that seems like it was not washed or cleaned for more than 4+ years. The outside areas were filled with empty liquor bottles and diapers. The laundry machines were always broken and never fixed, and the dryer ruined all of my and my sister's clothes. I reported these issues to the management, but they never took any action to resolve them. I would strongly advise against renting from this management company. In addition to the numerous issues I faced during my stay, the management tried to charge me late fees for 'paying my bill late' even though I consistently made payments before the 1st of the month. This added an extra layer of frustration to an already terrible living experience. I strongly caution anyone considering this apartment complex to be aware of their unfair and unjust billing practices."
