Very satisfied with my experience here!"
"I absolutely loved living here. Nice amount of space and nice location. Helpful management (I was in a not so great situation and needed to relocate. He offered to help me get moved into one of his other properties). Washer and dryer in the unit, nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a storage space included."
"I just signed my third year lease here. The building is kept clean and smelling fresh. They take the time to plant flowers and to decorate for the Winter season. The two caretaker teams have been outstanding! The maintenance team is quick with repairs. I have had my dryer and microwave replaced with new appliances during year two. This summer they are repainting our large balconies. This small, quiet building is a great place to call home. Bonus they allow 2 pets without a monthly rent!!! Regards to the two reviews below mine with fake names... The one dryer fire that I know of was from a family that just moved here from Africa and didn't know you needed to clean the lint trap! The guy in the robe, not the maintenance man, part of the caretaker team and he didn't wear the robe when he was working. The woman was the full-time caretaker and he was the back up assistant."
"My experience there has been from start to finish an epic fail. The place seemed nice until the lease was signed. The previous comment had familiar issues but my experience far worse. This place brought back bad distant memories of living in a cheap college apartment. **ADDENDUM to their response. Google does not have a real name policy and you are permitted to use any name throughout their services. With that said, this apartment was a constant discussion at work about how bad it was and there was nothing but regret. My next place is emphatically much nicer! Thanks for the helpful suggestions like reading the lease, paying rent, and being a good tenant."
