Moore Lake Apartments

"Had problem with air coming through air conditioner requested cover for air conditioner. The maintenance man brought air condition cover and that solve the problem. Also had problem getting no heat problem turned out to be thermostat was not working since I was in the apartment but was fixed at this point and now is working. The problem was the heat was never on because of a problem with thermostat."

"I DO NOT recommend this property. I've lived at Moore lake for about five months and I tell you this is one of the worse properties I've ever lived. What manager are you talking about? Who's there? This is the worst place I've ever lived at. No office staff on this property only to collect rent, I wish I new how bad this property was before signing the lease. I'll do my investigation next time. Do you know how many times I called?"

"A dirty pot place that I do not recommend, because of Corona, I was not able to see the apartment before renting it, and I was forced to live in this dirty place for a year. There is no visitor parking."

"Lived there for 5 years, started a family there and this was our very first apartment. The apartment is well taken care of and clean. Never had any issues with pest. You will occasionally see spiders here and there but that's normal. Its close to the hiway and to a lot of restaurants. Never had any issue with the neighbors. They're all friendly and quiet. Great experience!"

"Over all the property is good but the new manager MJ Fleming is not punctual. I requested her so many times to update my contact number at front door dial up system but she keep forgetting it. A week ago gave her my moving out notice and she text me today that when I am moving out. I mentioned to her the email than she respones that didn’t get a time to read my email.I setup appointment with her to sign the mutual lease termination yet the lease paper wasn’t ready to sign."
