"I know I read these reviews when I was initially looking moving into the NEVillas, I am going on my second year long lease and will likely re-new again. I am very pleased to call this place home. Big piece of it is the team of people here, both Zach and Andre have been extremely friendly, helpful and understanding people whenever I need to interact with them (which fortunately is not often but when I need them, they are always available) The location is unmatched, at least for my lifestyle. Your 10 minutes from the big city, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, parking is abundant and available so you're not trying to park on the street when you just want to get home from work. All my neighbors have been pleasant people, no issues or bad interactions with anybody. In fact, they are all rather supportive and helpful. The only thing that you should be aware of is the age of the facilities. NEVillas has done a great job at maintaining them and updating them (cosmetically and functionally) but let's call it how it is - expect that there may be small manageable issues here and there. Maintenance has always been same day and prompt. The complex is owned by Bigos management, that being said there is always someone on duty to report to larger issues at any time of day if needed. I have had many of my friends over, they all enjoy the place and find it to be very cozy. If you're considering moving here, I wouldn't be shy! It has been great. "This is my and my partner’s first apartment together and we’ve been living here for a little over a year and I have no complaints. The management is very kind and they are always trying to improve the quality of life for every resident here, like they just repaved the parking lot. And they like to hold small events like renting a food truck for everyone! It’s a very nice place to live at a reasonable cost."

"I've been at NE Villas for 3 months now. Zach is friendly, very knowledgeable about the property, and familiar with his tenants. I havent had too many issues arise, but when I did, the response and reconcile timing is quick an fair! The buildings are older, however, there are consistent REAL upgrades that modernize them. The yard space around the buildings are maintained and clean enough for my 2 year old to roll around in! The walls are not too thin (I never hear my neighbors music/tv unless i'm walking past their door), traffic on the main road isn't loud at all. Also, the hospitality here ! Zach had a Comfort Smash Food truck here and provided tenants with tickets for meals! Thought that was pretty nice. I look forward to living here awhile. They're pretty comfortable and conveniently located."
