"I stayed in one of Apex Corporate Housing Eden Prairie units and it was a great experience. Worked directly with Chad and he was very responsive - he resolved a small issue I had with the unit quickly. Would definitely stay with Apex again. Highly recommend!"
"We had the worst experience with Apex. It is poorly run. Our contact Chad was extremely unprofessional and negligent. We rented unit #424 for 2 (long and dreadful) months at Martin Blu. The apartment was filthy at move in. It was full of animal hair and dust. It aggravated my medical condition. We did not complaint and did not make a big fuss about it as it was only a temporary stay after all and decided to deal with it. They never put our contact on the Luxor (package delivery service) list, therefore it was tedious when we received packages- it would take half a dozen reminders for Chad to get us the room code so we could access our package. Always someone would be parked in our spot and it was a constant hassle dealing with Chad, who worked at a sloth's pace. Due to his negligence, one night we had to park our car outside and unfortunately for us, it hailed intensely damaging our car. We still did not complaint, as we realized there is no point in doing so. The worst of all is, we notified Chad over 2 weeks in advance that we were checking out, he did not acknowledge receipt of this message, nor bother to give any move out instructions, until two days before move out date. On the move out date, he forced us to leave by noon, even though technically we had the apartment till the end of the day. Even it was a huge burden and inconvenience we complied to his last minute request. We asked our cleaners to come prior to the scheduled time and left the apartment clean by noon. At which time, his cleaning crew forced into the apartment. We were expecting Chad at noon to walk through the unit with us to ensure all was good before we vacated. He never showed up, instead send us a message ""Laji, cleaners just walked into #424 and said the unit is not clean and has strong smell of cooking through out the unit. (As i addressed in prior correspondence). They are going to deep clean the unit and hopefully fix the situation. I'll be in touch, thank you" That is a huge lie -- the cleaners were in our unit illegally --- we told them that we had professionally cleaned the unit - at which time, the one female who was there agreed that the unit was in impeccable condition, yet, they were there to disinfect the place due to OVID situation. This made sense and we left the unit. It is really unfair to state there was cooking smell through out the unit, when we had, 1) stayed there only for two months and 2) we had stopped cooking a week and half prior to vacating the home. I responded to Chad's text message, asking him to call me and followed with 8 texts and a few voicemails hoping that he would at least be decent enough to explain to us why he would not refund out deposit. He did not even have the courtesy to respond to or acknowledge receipt of any of my text messages or voicemail. I wonder why people are such cowards, or indecent? I hold no grudges, but forgive him and pray for his betterment. Maybe one day he will be honest at least to himself and be able to look himself in the mirror guilt free. I am not sure, if Chad made up this smell stuff to pocked out deposit -- maybe? I have to admit, this is the worst experience ever. I dont wish this experience to anyone."
"My 80 year old parents had a confirmed reservation through AirBnB for a month-long 2 BR/2 BA unit that was hosted by "Chad" - the owner of this rotten company (that has an F RATING FROM THE BBB!). Less than a week before their scheduled arrival and days before their departure to MN, Chad let them know he had "mistakenly" confirmed their stay for the wrong unit. The unit he had available instead only had 1 BA and was a smaller, less desirable layout. He offered no compensation for his supposed mistake, was very slow to respond to their questions, and was incredibly rude. Then, before they had a chance to identify other options, he unilaterally cancelled their reservation without notice leaving them virtually homeless for a month. The reason he gave for cancelling was "the reservation as it is not representative of what we are offering you." Stay away from this shady, dishonest company and beware of any property hosted on AirBnB by "CHAD"!"
"We used Apex Corporate Housing at Southwest Station Condos for eight months. It was great. Great location, well maintained. We had everything we needed and hassle free. Chad was very responsive and was completely flexible. He even allowed us to extend our stay after a very short notice. Highly recommend Apex Corporate Housing."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Southwest Station through Apex Corporate Housing. The location was very convenient and the unit was furnished nicely and very clean. We were unexpectedly displaced from our home and Chad got us into a unit very quickly on very short notice. I would recommend using Apex Corporate Housing again if I ever needed temporary accomodations."
