"I would advice ahead of time for anyone looking for apartment to avoid this this apartment. Mentainance is very poor. Bathroom leaking for the past 2months with mould growth all over the place. I submitted a work order and until today nothing has been done. I submitted a request to break my lease and they say the option to break lease won't be approved. Please watch before you step in this trap. Apartment is dirty with dirty carpets. Watch out! Watch out!"

"We lived at Eden Glen for the past 3 years. The individual units are fine, but the community is not impressive. Some residents are rude and not considerate of others - constantly spilling food items in the lobby or elevator and not cleaning up after themselves. People leave their trash sitting on the floor next to the trash shoot. Our next door neighbors were so loud….it made working from home a real headache. Also, if you have a unit on an upper floor, have fun carrying up groceries. There used to be shared carts to help, but residents keep them in their apartments so only they can use!"

"I am honestly bummed out that I'm even writing this review. My wife and I lived in Eden Glen for 2 years and we have 0 complaints. The apartment is super spacious, we had a King side bed, a dresser, and 2 night stands in the master bedroom. And a big L shaped desk and queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. The living room was so spacious we actually ordered an extra seat for our sectional. I wish the bathroom was slightly bigger but for the 2 of us it was sufficient. In our 2 years we only had 2 minor maintenance requests that were handled in a very timely manner. We had our rent on auto-pay and had little to no interaction with management, but they were always super pleasant and helpful, even as we moved out, they were helpful and kept us updated on all things (mail forwarding, deposit, etc). Our neighbors were diverse and always pleasant. We've never had to complain about anyone or had any complaints against us. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend Eden Glenn to anyone. The only reason we moved was to get closer to work and family. And we wouldn't hesitate to move back if we needed to."
