"The management review for the apartment complex I recently vacated is incredibly poor. After discovering a snake in my room, I promptly relocated to another unit within the same complex. However, the management's response was unsatisfactory. Despite moving out of the apartments last month, they erroneously charged me twice and failed to address my concerns. Each time I reached out, they provided vague explanations and failed to respond effectively. Moreover, whenever I visited their office, they simply thanked me and brushed off my complaints, demonstrating a lack of professionalism. The turnover of community managers every two months further exacerbates the issue, as they lack sufficient knowledge and experience to handle resident concerns. Additionally, they levied a $350 move-out charge without justification, despite the fact that I had already hired cleaners to thoroughly clean the room before leaving. Overall, this is by far the worst management I have encountered, and their incompetence significantly tarnishes the reputation of the complex."

"You will fill out your application and they will get back to you in 2-3 weeks or when ever it’s convenient for them and good luck getting a call back. Left multiple voicemails and emails and still no response. It’s cost $250 for an application also"

"I'm a previous renter, but when I realized this was a rebranding, I had to leave my two cents. Let's start here: Eden Prairie should fine the owners and workers and declare this place a toxic waste zone. The amount of black mold has got to be causing serious health problems. Where do I begin? The maintenance and front desk crew were friends with some of the absolute worst human beings/tenants I've experienced in my 20 years living in the twin cities. They let their sh1tty friends destroy this whole place. I wouldn't be surprised if they threw meth parties for their children. 1. Downstairs neighbor kids threw rocks and balls at my car when I'd pull in. Office did nothing about it because they were friends. I threatened th dad of the kids with physical violence if they destroyed my property one more time. It took 6 months of the office ignoring my complaints before I went downstairs and damn near pulled him out of the house when he pretended to not be home... After I watched his kids hitting my car with rocks when I pulled in. 2. Same family tore the knobs off the washer/dryer units and FLOODED 4 units. They would wait until someone's clothes were in the machine, toss your clothes out, and put theirs in, then rip the knobs off so they got free laundry. The finally time I threw their clothes out into the snow and they retaliated by tearing the water main out of the back of the machine and flooding everything. These people were constantly ruining the lives of their neighborhs, but somehow we're never held accountable. Again, probably cause of the frequent methamphetamine parties. 3. Management attempted to house me in a BLACK MOLD infested unit. It took threatening legal action to get "upgraded" to a unit with a fireplace and a deck. They never did fix the black mold in that downstairs unit. 4. When move out time came, management tried to steal my deposit because the "upgrade" unit I was placed in, was never properly moved out of. There were burn makers in the carpet, broken blinds, and a sagging hole in the ceiling from where flooding entered my (middle unit) apartment from the story above... Oh, ADHD moment. When I called and told them the ceiling was leaking they responded by saying "Did you try putting a bucket or something under it?" I had to contact the MN Housing Authority and I contacted The Minnesota AG's office to lodge a formal complaint. Through a year of absolute terrorism, I was able to deduce that this entire place is owned by some faceless a$$hole of a person/LLC in Florida. That's why they don't care about the state of the apartment or anybody who lives there."

"Apartment is nice and big, and amenities are convenient. Central air is a big plus. Despite’s lots of families apartment is quite. Maintenance response times have been a bit slow. It be nice to be notified of expected service dates even if there are delays. Parking went up across the board after I moved in. Covered parking went from $35 or $65 to $100 no matter what option you wanted. Seems like they are taking advantage of the winter season a bit too much considering you are locked in at that price for the rest of your lease, likely 12months."

"Don’t even consider moving here. This place is a living nightmare. From moldy ceilings to leaky apartments. If you want somewhere to consider home it would not be this place. They take months to fix things. They do not communicate with anyone. They will set apartment for you to move in but never show up to the office to work. Save yourself the headache and RUN FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM ATWOOD. Management has changed 4 times in the last year that should be a sign this place is from HELL. If you want to live with insects this may just be the place for you. This apartment has been the death of me for the last few months. Takes forever to fix balance sheets. Any issue with utilities and billing just forget it because you will handle everything yourself they are no help in the office. People steal packages and mail so BEWARE. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK."
