"Management is hard to work with. Doesn’t give straightforward answers when it comes to application process. Approval process is more complex than ANY other property management company I have ever worked with. Employees made promises that they couldn’t deliver on. Most of reviews seem to be false advertisement from those who work within the company. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone."

"I have only toured these homes and complex. So far, my experience has been top notch. I am looking forward to working with Andrew and Nolan to find me the right home in a unique situation. This really is a no-strings-attached process. They are straight and honest with you. The building and courtyard speak for themselves. The building has such tasteful design and beautiful amenities. They seem to really value community input. I didn’t need to look twice to see that this is the right place for me!"

"Don't be fooled by the "conflict of interest" 5 star reviews from the people that work here. Staff has no idea what they are doing. They promised we could move in early and when we had the moving truck and people to help us load/unload, all planned out they retracted the lease and said they can't anymore (blaming it on the city but later found out it was because the building didn't meet code). In turn, completely screwing us. It also took Nolan 5 times to right up the lease. Each time, finding more mistakes on dollar amounts and dates. This place has so many red flags. Be very cautious when considering this place as a home."

"I'm excited for this new community to open next year! The location is top notch. The amenities are going to be great -- especially their outdoor pool and lawn games! Oh, and did I mention that it's right next to a really unique coffee house called Smith Coffee and down the street from Starbucks! If you are looking for a spacious home in a welcoming and quaint neighborhood this is a great option!"
