Hyatt Place Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

"Friendly staff, clean lobby, halls and rooms, good selection for breakfast, overall quiet environment. AC/Heater, mini fridge and TV worked great, had a convenient sink and counter plus coffee maker but no microwave. Sadly, had to venture for ice, but good snack options at the bar attached to the service desk. Perfect for my 3 day business trip!"

"It’s a dump was staying there this week manager yelling at a guest rooms dirty. Housekeeping stealing your belongings. Stay clear of this Hyatt. The ones inside the city are run much better than this dump. Condition arn’t qualified for a inmate to be staying here, I wish I was exaggerating about that I’m not. Stay clear go 15 min more inside Minneapolis and the hyatts are well up to standard. This is worse than a motel 6. It wouldn’t pass standards to house prison inmates. The manager wade needs to get some sparing time. Would love to humble him. Talks big and bad but will threaten to call the cops when he is met with real aggression. I’m up for mutual combat anytime wade"

"What a dump. We got there and our room was so warm so we tried turning on the AC… didn’t work. Tried opening the window… didn’t work. Was excited to sleep in a nice queen size bed… jokes on me because at best it was a twin xl. Then in the morning I was looking forward to having a nice breakfast from sweating all night… NOPE the food was blah. I’ll sleep in my car next time and then go to IHOP at least my car has AC."

"We love staying at Hyatt Place properties. They are generous, have a great breakfast. The housekeepers were exceptional at this hotel. The front desk staff was good. The housekeeping staff was excellent. Management quickly removed guests that were very disruptive. Hotel is obviously an older property in that regard. It is not up to the Hyatt Place standard. Specifically within the guestroom, electrical needs to be improved. In a two queen suite, There was not enough electrical by the couch. The bedside table/lights between the two beds are mounted incorrectly. One plug underneath is available for your phone, meaning the alarm clock, and the wall light cannot be plugged in. The hotel also smells older. Time to deep, clean the carpets and blow out the ventilation systems. There should be walk-in showers rather than bathtubs. This is the standard at other Hyatt properties."
