"I had an issue with my Heater since past one week! Many tried to fix it but it was the same! This morning “Tristan” has shown up for the issue and he didn’t give up until he fixed it! He was so helpful and so kind and he made sure that the heater is working again! Tristan was very friendly and helpful throughout this process! I was really scared to face the cold in this storm effect! Thank you so much Tristan for fixing it! He literally worked 2 hours on this patiently!"

"This is has become a worst place to live. Poor and greedy management, management doesn’t want to spend a dime on maintenance yet increase the rents like anything. People at the front desk are a JOKE, they are capable of nothing I repeat nothing. All they can do is sit and get angry over you, if you are to complain about something. Strongly advise to stay out of this place and be happy someplace else."

"*DISCLAIMER* Don’t want to identify myself as I am afraid of management. This place is awful, could be mistaken as the projects. I would need days to list everything wrong with the place. Let’s talk about how I’ve had black mold growing in my bathroom for YEARS and each time they “fix” it. It’s back. And worse. The maintenance team is INCOMPETENT. Point plank period they have no clue what they are doing. They say things have been completed or fixed when they haven’t. They have a strict “no smoking” rule on property yet everyday I open my window I inhale cigarette smoke. I’ve taken pictures of individuals ON THIER PROPERTY smoking cigarettes and messages are ignored and left unfixed. Music blares into the middle of the night constantly. I have literally made 9 different complaints on one apartment with video evidence and nothing is done. It’s embarrassing. I feel scammed almost. The amenities are awful, the gym and pools are lacking. We’ve asked multiple times for a window to be fixed. They’ve been inside our apartment 2 different occasions and still, our window went unfixed. There is ZERO security here. Packages stolen constantly. Weed smoking and drug deals in the building. Vandalism. Not to mention they’re cleaning services are horrible, 2 man teams they found on the side of the street. I come home every day to over flowing trash bins filled with maggots mold and flies. The garage reeks of old garbage. The garage has been cleaned ONCE in 3 years. I’ve gotten things stolen out of the garage and they claim no responsibility. Things we were promised THE DAY WE MOVED IN. Still haven’t been installed. Keyless locks that were shown to us from day one still are not on our door but is on others. Lights in hallways will be out for WEEKS without any action. It’s ridiculous. I was even threatened to be evicted by the manager at one point! I’m not kidding! This place is awful and I would stay as far away as you can, I barely cracked my list of things wrong w this place. If your reading this, I’m BEGGING that you don’t come here. Don’t give these con artists a dime and go spend it on a place you can be HAPPY! Good luck"

"Place is amazing and staff is awesome. Too good connectivity, have best district school nearby. Indian to American both grocery stores are at walking distance. Elementary to Secondary school is at walking distance. Only drawback is - building has quite old architecture and it cracks on smallest walk hence better to live on third floor."
