We didn't have air conditioning for 2 months until I finally reached their corporate office and complained. The building's sewage line backed up because people kept clogging the drains with baby diapers and it flooded into our apartment. Our place smelled for over a month. When we finally got our deposit back after several months, THEY CHARGED US FOR THE CLEANING OF THE SEWAGE LEAK! Over $400 to be exact. IF Rachael is still managing the property, then I would steer clear of this place. It typically takes about a month for her to respond to an email."

But, I mostly live here because the location is in the middle of everything. You're within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants, and breweries."
