"I loved that there was a security team watching the parking lot all night and the front doors were locked in the evening, requiring you to be buzzed in to enter. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was also great - friendly, good service, good prices and tasty food. Pet friendly policy was also a major plus. Easy access to the interstate and downtown. Very pleased with this hotel!"

"My recent stay at this Holiday Inn had its ups and downs. On the positive side, both the hotel and my room were clean and pleasant, living up to the brand's standards in terms of cleanliness and comfort. However, I faced a significant issue with noise as my room was close to the street, which affected the peacefulness of my stay. Another point of disappointment came with the pricing. I was taken aback by the cost of $160 plus taxes for a standard room, which was notably higher than what I anticipated based on my research. I advise potential guests to call ahead and confirm the prices to avoid any surprises upon arrival. Lastly, unlike my experiences at other Holiday Inn locations, this hotel charged an additional $10 per person for the continental breakfast, which is typically complimentary at other branches. This added expense for a basic amenity was a letdown. In summary, while the hotel maintains good standards in cleanliness and overall quality, the noise issue, unexpected room rates, and additional charges for breakfast were drawbacks that impacted my overall experience."

"Front desk service makes up for all the other lacking issues. Very easy access from the airport. Underground parking is available for those bad weather days. Not a whole lot around in regards to walking distance for food, so the location is rated a bit low. Overall, it is a good place to stay for small and large groups. Housekeeping can use some training. I would rate the front desk staff to be in the top 5 in all the IHG properties that I have stayed over the years - keep up with the good work & kudos to the management for hiring & maintaining a good crew. Review completed after 2 stays."

"Our stay was pretty comfortable. We could hear music from a venue across the street and some cars on the highway, but it was manageable. We paid for the breakfast, but for parents with babies keep in mind that none of their high chairs are functional. The buckles are broken on both, doesn't sound like there's a plan to fix or replace either. The changing table in their lobby restroom also doesn't have a strap, so several safety concerns for infants and toddlers. Otherwise, clean building and living spaces."
