"Don’t walk away from this place…RUN. Worst experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment. They knowingly moved me into an apartment with a roach infestation after my apartment was destroyed by the tornado. They had pest control come out a couple times after I continuously complained. After about a month they would barely send him out, I would have to call multiple times and ask just for them to never send him. I tried to get ahold of someone higher up from RAM properties and I would have to email her multiple times in a row with weeks in between her responding. Do yourself a favor and DON’T LIVE HERE!"

"To begin with, BOTH of the ladies in the office greeted me upon entering the lease office. Jerrika assisted me in the viewing. I praise her patience because I can come off as down right rude. She pointed out the strong points of the apartment, which were many, as well as a few things that could be better as well. They look EXACTLY as the pics. Very nice. I'm looking forward to filling out my app soon."

"Love my home! It is beautiful here. The Office Ladies are so caring and responsive to my concerns and the maintenance men very knowledgeable and quick to respond. The Office even has food for the ducks in our lake.This is what I see off my deck!!!"

"The worst place I’ve ever lived. My apartment constantly smells like garbage from the time I moved in no matter how much I clean or how many candles I light, or how many wall plugs I use. My water taste & smells like gasoline. Nothing was cleaned when I moved in, every faucet in this home is rusted. The outlets are shot to where I can only use 2, MAYBE 3. Literally only 1 ceiling fan/light. The light switch in the living room does not work. They claim they’re always doing maintenance checks and apartment checks, no one has yet to knock on my door and I’ve been here 2 months. Smh cannot wait until this lease is up."

"Been living here for almost 4 years. Love this place and surrounding nature. My kids love this place as it has nice woods, trails, ponds/lakes, ducks & geese. Rent is ok and management also fine, maintenance is fine. I like the scenic part of this apartment complex, I lived in other apartments none matches this place in beauty."
