"DO NOT MOVE HERE. This apartment complex is unsafe to live at. My car was broken into several times while I lived here. There are homeless people routinely sleep in corners or the building and picking through the trash. You can hear neighbors screaming outside all the time, random people come knock on my door in the middle of the night. Thin walls, you can hear every word your neighbors and their dogs and cats are saying. Maintenance NEVER gets done in a timely manner. Property is owned by some remote company and all maintenance requests are done online or through some operating service. My drains had been backflowing for weeks and I told them several times before and they never fixed it. One day my water just started backing up when neighbors wouldn't stop running their water and was literally FLOODING my apartment. I called them and told them it was an EMERGENCY and they sent someone A DAY LATER. I spent most of my day gathering water in a bucket from my sinks and pouring it outside so it wouldn't destroy the apartment. New management is also a bunch of CROOKED CON ARTISTS. They will charge you random fees they NEVER tell you about after you move out! My apartment was pristine with no damages. I always paid rent early, even through COVID. But after I left they WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. They said they paid someone to clean my apartment and were charging me hundreds for it!!! DO NOT BY ANY CIRCUMSTANCE MOVE TO THIS HORRIBLE COMPLEX RUN BY PETTY, LOW LIVES."
