"TERRIBLE apartment complex, maintenance & front office will steal your belongings out of your apartment, never come fix anything , nasty attitudes, apartment is not worth what they are asking in rent , roach & rat infested!!! Mold grows all through the apartments Big scary rats running around your apartment due to holes all through apartment also steals people money orders DO NOT RENT HERE there are better properties with decent prices & kind people"

"The office staff is friendly but they are slow to get work orders knocked out. I’ve been asking for two leaks to be fixed and a mailbox key for going on two months now. They also suck at communication. Tenets have to exercise patience and play the guessing game during power and water outages."

"I love the apartments maintenance be on top of there job the lady in the office is very professional and well try to help you as best as she can they really do a great job out here plus they are new people I love them I will recommend anyone to come stay it’s peaceful at night and during the day this is the place to be."

"I love it. Sandy the manager is a great person. She's definitely on her job. I love the area that I'm in the apartment is so spacious. Her maintenance crew is great. Anything goes wrong they are definitely on it. It you decided to take a visit definitely ask for Sandy. She has a heart of gold. She's always there with open ears just let her know. She always answering her call even if you leave a message. Glad they have her out here"

"The apartment complex that I currently reside in has been a source of frustration for me. Despite my attempts to remain silent, I can no longer do so. The managers of the complex are failing to do their job efficiently, which has resulted in several problems for the residents. Most recently, a fire broke out in my building, and the affected residents have not been properly accommodated. I was given a dirty apartment with no hot water. It was a struggle to even get the water turned on, and when I finally did, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom was in a terrible state. I have been told that I need to wait for proper treatment because the complex has only one maintenance worker. It is also worth mentioning that none of the company's employees speak English, which has made communication difficult. Furthermore, I have noticed that the employees seem to loiter around the complex without doing anything. This is particularly frustrating because the fire that broke out could have been managed better. I believe that those involved in illegal activities and violence should have been evicted immediately, but instead, the management waited around, and this led to the unfortunate event. To be clear, I am paying for a decent place to live, and I do not want to make any excuses for the poor management of the complex. It is unacceptable that I am homeless and yet paying $800 for this substandard living situation. The attitudes of the management need to change, and I am acting towards that end. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General today to report this situation."
