"Worst place to live if you have kids maintenance work is never done right if you report something known as a health hazard it still takes weeks just for somebody to check it out and the environment isn't safe at all for the kids I only gave it 1 star do to the fact you have to give them a star to leave a review other than that this is not the place to refer to as home"
"I lived here many years ago, was broke and going to college! Roaches and hardly any maintenance. Noise was unbelievable! Manager (male) had favorite tenants and rude to everyone else! Neighbors around me fought all the time and worried more abt me than themselves! Had a boyfriend and Management would barge in unannounced! My boyfriend was shocked because Management was Sick and trying to see Me & my boyfriend! How SICK!! Management Beasleys) should have been charge breaking& entering! My Attorney Relatives stated it was totally unlawful!! Total embarrassment and humiliation! I went to UALR and finally escaped horrible circumstances! Pray for any single divorced women enduring such cruelty! Mr. Beasley would opening carry on with female tenants!! Renters Beware!!"

"I loved living in Auxora Arms. If I could stay anywhere else again it would be here. I made a family in those apartments, and I met my first love. If my mom were to ask me if I could go any place where would it be, I would say Auxora Arms. This place holds so many of my memories. I had my best and my worst times out there. If I could I would do it all over again. I can't wait til the weekends because my mom lets me go and spend the night with friends that we consider family."
