"The quietest area I’ve ever found. Neighborhood amenities of all kinds just blocks away. Starbucks, Sonic, Faded Rose Restaurant, and many more all right there. The maintenance persons are nice and fast. Keyota and Hannah are two of the kindest ladies I’ve ever met! In the short time I’ve been here I feel like they are more than just managers, they are friends."
"I've moved here approximately 2 months ago. So far I haven't had any problems other than parking, the gate, and the cobwebs outside. I'm sure visitors are parking in residents parking, but there isn't any labels to tell the difference between the two in the parking lot. If it's going to be a free for all parking we shouldn't get a parking permit on move in.The gate is open 24/7.I was told it would be closed in August when they finish the new building. Which was been completed for months. Every-time I come in it's someone of the opposite side trying to come out. I don't get the point of having a gate key if...the gate is not being used. The staff is nice and friendly. Maintenance completes request a quickly. The community is quiet tenants are friendly. Lastly the cobwebs. Literally everywhere it makes the buildings look ran down. I'm sure someone needs to come and power wash the buildings."
"I have went through it all with this complex. There were points within my lease where I’d rather sleep on the floor at a friend’s house. The maintenance team try their best to fix on these apartments that are basically being run through the ground, but they ARE terribly understaffed. Yes, it’s convenient to be close to the inner city, but to what expense? Not to mention my car was STOLEN. Yep I walked outside at 7 A.M. in the morning and my car had disappeared(doors were locked). This complex has no cameras. No functioning gates either even though they give you a gate key like you’d ever use it. I didn’t feel safe there anymore. To add insult to injury, I was told I had to pay a “60 day move out fee” because I didn’t let them know I wasn’t resigning as if we didn’t infer this already. This complex is a prime example of “YOU TET WHAT YOU PAY FOR”. Do not be cheap when it comes to apartment shopping. Run as far away from this complex as you can. This is a straight up money grab for whoever the owner is chilling on their yacht while us common folk pay an outrageous amount of money to have terrible service."
"I've lived here a little less than a year and have to say the location is great. The groundwork for the facilities could be great, but the upkeep of the dirty pool (they have two, but I'm not sure the other one is ever going to open) leaves a lot to be desired. The actual apartments are not very well kept at all. In the past 90 days I believe my AC has worked properly 15 of those days. It is randomly not working and they supply a small, loud AC unit they expect to suffice cooling the entire space. Parking is an absolute nightmare and they are strict on everything but resolving tenant issues. My hope is that it's very poorly managed from a higher corporate level, because the office personnel are usually nice enough to deal with as long as you don't need a quick response to something. For $1200+ a month for a one bedroom I'd expect more."
"Keyota is one of the current office members and she has been a great agent for my and my partner. For the price the apartments are well appointed given their proximity to the river. They have a tennis court, two pools (one is not in service and continues to collect water and debris, however the main pool is managed well enough to use it for 2-3.5 months out of the year. The gym is an okay size with free weights, 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, one stationary bike, a punching bag, and jump ropes. Large packages are now available to be picked up by the office which is helpful. Maintenance does an okay job of responding to service requests. Sometimes it takes a while, and sometimes it’s very quick. There is a gate to complex. The river views are quite beautiful, but the dog park could be a bit more exciting. I would recommend this apartment complex to any college student/pre professional/early professional."
