"Governor park apartments are the worst apartments I have ever been in….this summer it felt like hell outside but it was hotter inside the apartment than it was outside….they don’t fix anything and when they do it takes over an month for them to fix it …literally went a whole summer without any air(almost 100 degrees in the apartment)but charged full rent every month …..the lady in the office has the worst attitude of man kind…100% would not recommend these apartments to no one"

"These apartments are a joke! They do not take your maintenance request serious at all, although rent is paid monthly. Every month something is not working in my apartment. First no hot water and now I am currently without AC and the apartment still has not fixed this issue. Every year since I’ve lived here, my AC goes out every summer. I’ve asked for corporate’s number several times and management will not provide that either. This apartment complex does not care about their tenants needs or does not try to fix emergency issues when they arise."

"Sarah was very informative and helpful in getting us the right apartment! A few maintenance bugs is the worst that can be said but considering how fast the move in happened that was to be expected. Love the apartment and I am excited to get fully moved in!"

"I lived in Governor's Park for the last year and a half and due to relocation orders from my employer i've had to move. It has been my favorite apartment yet!! Thick walls, so secure my friends call it fort knox, the grounds were always clean and parking was amazing. It was the best deal I could find in the area as far as security and amenities. The office staff Nita and Kaderick made my transition so seamless. On top of all that I've recommended them to many colleagues who are current residents to the property. Keep Up The Great Work And Miss You All!!"

"My family has lived in the Governors Park Apartments since March 2015. The matainence staff, Ron and Jay, are very professional, knowledgeable, and usually responds to a work request within 24 hours. When we moved into our apartment Julie was the leasing agent. We did not have a pleasant experience dealing with her. It was an overflow of personal behavior with a lack of professionalism, knowledge, and confidentiality. After Julie went to a sister property the office is more professional, the telephone calls are answered more often and quickly, and we feel more confident with those in the office. Nita, the property manager, takes care of problems immediately and works hard until a resolution is reached. The parking lots are quieter at night. She communicates clearly and regularly with the residents keeping us informed of what we should know. Nita is a professional but cares about the residents without crossing any boundaries. We enjoy living at the Governors Park Apartments. It is quiet, the grounds are beautiful, and it feels like home."
