"Do not move here! Apartments aren’t insulated, either it’s very hot or very cold. There is a huge plumbing problem & with dirty water comes rodents ew! I couldn’t use my master bedroom bathroom for months, I mentioned to the new office manager Erica Cleveland was what going on, she acted clueless and wasn’t helpful at all. She always out her office due to her being “scared” of the public. Well why won’t y’all stop moving people in these raggedy apartments. Can’t get ahold to cooperate, I had to leave. These are not liveable. They are quick to file an eviction but won’t fix these apartments. These apartments should be burned down"

"Do not move here! The onsite managers and leasing officers are unprofessional and do not care about their residents. When residents are experiencing issues, the staff members fail to respond to their concerns in a timely manner. We understand that things can happen, however, ignoring residents and failing to communicate effectively only makes the situation worse. This apartment is in dire need of new management, and until that happens, I do not recommend that anyone moves here."

"At this point… people are just handing out jobs and titles. My child has had her apartment broken into by maintenance AND was without water for 11 days. She contacted the “property manager” Erica Cleveland via email. This lady responded in a VERY unprofessional way… CLEARLY she doesn’t have the professional, people skills to manage a thing. My child was in such a rush and moved into these trash apartments. They have received MULTIPLE emails concerning these matters and have yet to respond. We contacted code enforcement. Yesterday (1/30/24) the lady at the front, Lindsay, told us she tried to come by at 2. Which was a lie. We were there all day. Lindsay claimed she had proof in her phone but couldn’t “find it”. She proceeded to get aggressive, banging on the desk and yelling. 911 had to be called because my daughter had an attack. Lindsay watched and LAUGHED while my child was being put on an ambulance. There are witnesses. After leaving posts about the issues on Facebook, they are now threatening a claim of “defamation of character”. Even though EVERYONE has had the same experience with management and this property. I have all emails and recorded interaction. Since yesterday Lindsay has been taunting my daughter by driving around her apartment. After speaking to Erica she issued no apology for the behavior of her staff, but was more concerned about her “defamation of character” on social media. I have called Ozark Property SEVERAL times with no returned call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"NO WATER FOR OVER A WEEK! Management avoiding tenants… Worst apartment ever, been here since January 2022 and it’s been nothing but problems. At least the last apartment manger communicated when it came to issues but the property manager Erica Cleveland is very unprofessional and is doing a very poor job. Tenants have been over a week without water. Management sent out one message addressing the issue and disappeared refusing to answer the office phone or opening the door for tenants to come in avoiding issues. The manager Erica has threatened tenants and has gotten in to fights with tenants on social media because the tenant called her out online after Erica was rude and unprofessional towards her when she tried to inquire about the water being off for days with no update. Erica and her team have been avoiding the problem and tenants for over a week and has just provided tenants with a update after tenants have had to go to 7 on your side and call the city of Little Rock on them. The management is poor , “24 hr maintenance” is just a handful of sketchy guys that you wouldn’t want to let in your apartment. Can’t wait to move and to a better apartment. If you can please avoid Barrington Hills at all cost."

"I stayed here in 2021-2022. Moving in they were nice. Immediately changed when I started experiencing light high bills because they wouldn’t properly fix my ac unit. I burned up in the summer and when the end of the year came and they finally got around to fixing it so that I could have heat, the vendor that they went with wired something wrong and I was with out lights or hot water during a snow storm! No emails back, lost food couldn’t pay rent and 700-800$ light bills. Lost job, car, and still left with no communication. Had to clean first moving in. Water was shut off a few times a week. I had lost everything while they watched me outside my house crying with no support. These people are evil!! Walls started peeling, washer and dryer units didn’t work. HORRIBLE Nasty Attitudes"
