"Let my start by saying the ONLY good part about living in these apartments is the SPACE and that’s it! I moved there July 2018! Never had an issues except with management! Their attitudes are HORRIBLE and maintenance never would fix anything!! Now May 2021 there was an incident with an ex of mine showing up to my apartment and shot up my car, July they called me to the office telling me I was evicted for the incident although I had a police report and they have a “Violence Against Women” policy in place!! Which clearly means NOTHING!! he was not a guest in my home and he showed up uninvited me and my kids were the victims yet we were still forced to move!"

"Called to see what number I was on the waiting list ! And every time the office people had an attitude ! They need to get new office workers with better attitudes if you don’t like your job don’t go or find something else !"

"So I have been here a year and I love my apartment itself. What I dont like nor appreciate is the lack of accountability on my neighbors. Litter is everywhere. Also during my first 11 months no issues with bugs and then bam roaches galore. I called to complain and no one can come out for a week as well as my complaint was not handled properly. Alot of rules are being set in place by new management but no consequences are being carried out for breaking those rules. I would like to take pride in where I live. I am fine with surprise inspections and I truly feel that is what is needed. Of course if you give them notice before you come they will clean then."

"It a nice place nice size apt nva had no problems into they put a lady out and her bugs came to my apts and others I bomb my apt so many times but end up moving for my kids safety. I wouldn't mind going back as long as the bug gone."
