"Management is never there. They have a roach infestation and swear pest control comes out twice a month and I haven’t seen them since I’ve been here. Your rent is never the set rent it’s supposed to be. Water included in the rent then turn around and have to pay a separate water bill. Mold is in the apartments. Do not move here for the sake of your health and love one health. It’s no order, absolutely poor management need to be shut down. This place is not livable for anyone. Please do not move here it’s a waste of money"

"I love my newly moved in my apartment all accept for water from the motel style air conditioner is releasing water internally instead of externally and I was not aware of this until I seen it since I moved in last Friday on August the 4th 2023 and seen water on my floor and it was even sent to my phone by the apartment manager young lady told me it was been supposed to have been worked on and fix before I moved into the unit but it wasn't and still hadn't gotten to my unit , I'm definitely not fixing to go through this again mopping water up all the time with my sciatica back is bad , from the last apartment of Spanish willows apartments done the same thing wouldn't fix my air conditioner professionally and then Mexican tried to fix it but made it worst and it set up hazardous green nasty looking mold.all throughout my bedroom closet so I had to get out of that mold ,that was a hazzard to my health not a good place to live sewer is messed up , toilet stay clogged because of the bad septic system it's horrible, smells bad outside because of the sewer is corrupted"

"The apt is kinda nice soon as I moved in I bought all new furniture but I had to throw it all way because they have roach problem one week of being there they was popping out everywhere then they have homeless people staying in the apt that's not being use the apt management does not communicate with you at all my air N hot water wasn't working for 5 months but they want there money I couldn't even live in peace there DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"Lived here for almost seven years and it was very pleasant ! Would highly recommend them mainly because they will take care of all your needs ! I raised my two boys there and all year round if I needed something they were always there to help and give the best tenant care possible . The neighbors are the sweetest and area is great ! Especially having the pool and play area for the kids it made it feel more like home . The apartments are spacious and I had no issues they were on top of everything ! I have been thru apartments where u have to wait forever for them to even get to you , but at Woodridge they will reach out to you , either by phone , email , and letters you will be addressed .. and taken care of ! I loved that each year When I renewed I always got a special upgrade ! If it was carpet cleaning , new upgrade for my kitchen , bath etc or even a oil change it was worth it ! New management is amazingly sweet and so understanding, and the Maintenance manager is so down to earth he’s your go to guy for anything! With the weekly tips and tricks and just upmost kindness I would give Woodridge Apartments 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
