"They look nice but they are not at all. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything, apartments are not move in ready as they say. There’s fraud going on within the office. Will overcharge you for rent then play it off as if they didn’t know! Management is EXTREMELY RUDE! Not a place you’d like to call home at all."

"I know it may seem like a great area because you're in Mabelvale, but be cautious! It's right around the corner from Southwest Little Rock. I lived there 2 years and saw just about everything. I've lived on the projects and these were far worst. In the two years I was a resident, while walking our puppy here comes the Task Force in a armor truck with about 8 men standing on each side, then a big boom into someone's apartment. Rims continuously get stolen. Cars are always broken into. Neighbors are loud. Drugs are throughout. My apartment smelled like weed everyday and I don't smoke. Told the apartment manger, Monica Hale she did nothing. Just be careful and make sure you have renters insurance."
