"Love living here. The team really works with you and they don’t mind answering my trillion and one questions that I always seem to have. I see myself living here for a while. Target and dollar tree, along with other stores are walking distance. Pretty quiet and I love that I can’t hear my neighbors next door. Very spacious, 10/10 would recommend!"

"I was at Park Avenue for over 10 years and I have seen a lot of changes in staffing some bad but mostly good. I can say the staff now is Excellent. The Ladies in the office Grace and Leslie are professional but yet friendly and funny and if by chance you have a problem they will certainly do their best to get you taken care of. Let me tell you you do not want to miss a resident’s event hosted by these ladies Food and Fun. The maintenance team is fairly new but are doing a great job trying to take care of each service request. The Area also has 24 hour Security unfortunately in this day and time that can be helpful, also a couple years ago they added a dog park. Last but not least location, location, location you are in the middle of everything, walking distance of several great restaurants and shopping! Park Avenue may not be the newest in town, but in my opinion it’s the Best and I will truly miss it!"
