"(30 year old female). I lived here for nearly 2 years and I only moved out because I was leaving the state for my job. I’m very familiar with Little Rock as it’s my hometown. I honestly really enjoyed my time living here. (I lived in a 2BR 2BA on the bottom floor.) This is a VERY chill, quiet and small community. The atmosphere is so so peaceful. This is NOT the place to live if you’re a loud partier. I’ve lived all over this city and, in my opinion, this is one of, if not THE SAFEST apartment locations in town. The price is unbeatable for this location. There’s also a really nice/peaceful trail with a pond right next to the apartment. The people that run these apartments are genuinely great people. S, who runs the front desk/everything is truly an incredible person. She is awesome at her job. She is so incredibly patient and calming which is so important. The maintenance employees are very hard working as well. I will truly miss living there. Lastly, as I mentioned before this is a quiet, chill and small community. The front desk is not reachable FRIDAY-SUNDAY. However, there is an emergency line, of course. Please take this into consideration. My experience living there taught me that there are so many perks when living in a laid back community but it may be different than what you might be used to. I will miss this apartment! "Stay away from these apartments. Whatever deposit you pay at the time of moving in you have to forget about it as they never give it back and ask you to pay more money even if you maintain the apartment well. It happened to me and couple of friends i know who lived there had to pay a lot of money when he moved out . Apartment manager is rude and if you have guests over they threaten you with eviction notices saying guests are not allowed even if they visit for couple of days. If you have a maintenance request it is very hard to contact the apartment manager who is never in the office and they take ages to respond to your voice mails. I would give zero if i can.."

"Cedars has been my absolute favorite apartment in Little Rock! I am a single woman and it was important to me to find a quiet, gated community in west Little Rock. Unfortunately, I'm relocating to a different city and have to move soon. I wish I could pick this place up and move it with me! Shawndra is, hands down, the most professional and polite apartment manager I've ever encountered. There are 2 office workers total. This makes communication so much easier. The maintenance staff will do everything they can to solve any issues you're having and they do it in a timely manner. They are so nice! You have access to great neighborhoods for walking and the Kroger & Walgreens is less than a 3-minute drive away. Washer/Dryer included & big soaking bathtub. You'll love it here."
