"Let me just say this DO NOT LEASE HERE my stay here has been pure hell constant changes in management! I stayed in a one bedroom pipes in my bathroom busted twice wetting all my things , my kitchen pipes started leaking out of no where , the apartment is not insulated correctly, which makes the pantry get super hot in the summer ! ALL THE OUTLETS IN MY APARTMENT WHERE LOOSE AND DIDN’T HOLD A PLUG HARDLY ! and I was one day late on my rent and they didn’t give me notice first that I owed a late fee of a 100$ instead they put an eviction notice on my door right away well it was on the ground , and I was unaware of the late fee ! the parking sucks you will have no where to park period it’s like chewing nails to get a spot ! Then my heat went out almost three times last winter ! And my water ! Oh and you can’t get your own electric and water you have to get it through them WHICH IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF BECAUSE YOUR SHARING THE COST OF YOURS AND EVERY OTHER PERSON IN THE BUILDING AND THERE LITERALLY SPLITTING IT , ONE MONTH MY RENT WAS SKY HIGH and I don’t use that much lights NOR water , then upon first moving in I was lied to I was told I could get my own lights and water , but ended up having to keep there’s because maintenance said you don’t have your own meter! And the oh your gonna pay a ton of small fees in your rent EVERY SINGLE MONTH that are really pointless like pest control , the 1-2 years in my lease pest control only came to my apartment once , and trash removal the dumpster over flowed for two weeks straight at one point which made it very stinky around the complex, also the building is over 70 years old I recommend not wasting your time or money here because it’s not worth it ! YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE AREA AND ITS NOT WORTH IT FOR WHAT COMES WITH THIS MONEY HUNGRY APARTMENT COMPLEX. They are all about money and rip you off on utilities Because you will not have your own meter"

"Honestly 2 star because before the good maintenance left they were the only really good thing. From what I heard the previous leasing agent left. She was good. Management there wasn't always communicated with us about thing. I lived upstairs for about a year. Honestly not worth it. Finding out after the first freeze we bad or second one there is no insulation in the roof so your apartment gets very hot during the day, but during the freeze was so bad. It was so cold we had ice on the windows and the wall where the window was at. You hear people running on the balcony and your bedroom window is on that same side. Parking is terrible they have these rules about parking but when someone is taking two spots or park very wrong or even in a spot that's not parking they allow it. People coming flying out there there's only one speed bump and that's near the office. They never touch the other pool. For living there they say there were gonna fix it up but nothing got done then said they gonna change it to something I suggest why not a playground since kids are there. We had some kids threw rocks at out vehicle. It didn't get high enough to do damage. The pantry gets warm. A neighbor that literally live next door to me had the same problem. There started to be a gnats problem and wasn't any much information if they gonna do something about it. Had a neighbor below me who let their dog do their business on the patio and I report it a few times because of the smell. First time it got taken care of, but second time just felt like no one care. Over price in my opinion I get the location is this or that, but that building is older about 50 or more years old. Had a maintenance dude told me this building was here when he was born and that was more than 50. Outlets were out of date. Like it's something good for temporary, but not one to stay in longer-term. Their pet price on their site is wrong. 200 for both pets not just one and then 150 for the other one. The other pool slowly falling apart, but it's something you could swim when hot days came around. Washer and dryers aren't that well. If the washer machine stop working you lost money there. Sometimes people come in and open your stuff and doesn't close it so your clothes don't get fully dry. Mail boxes aren't bad. The only improvement they really did was new paint and new number plates on the door. They only clean what's visible, but when we pull the stove out there was so much stuff back there it was gross and found and unused mouse trap so thought hey when we get one at least we had a trap which we never had a mouse problem, but new people who did. When walking pass the apartment we noticed one in building six thtlat just had so much trash sitting in there for you to see. Another reason why we didn't upgrade because how was I supposed to know our apartment didn't look like that before moving in. Again it's something temporary okay, but living longer there no. The stairs were a nightmare with the freeze you can slip on the steps anytime when ask they said if they put something down to help melt the ice and someone slips they be at fault so leaving unattended is the best choice which isn't. I know older people who live up there to and was afraid they might slip and hurt themselves. There were times I almost slip and got hurt. Neighbor down stairs even said it was horrible and they felt bad. Be nice if they either put covers over the stairs or do put stuff down that will help melt ice away. A neighbor did put ice melts down and it clear up the ice enough to have footing and not slip. I feel like for safety and health I wouldn't think its 100% I would say maybe 50? During the days that were hot outside, but felt like it inside was miserable. It's your choice to live there just sharing my experience and all."

"Worst management I have ever had the displeasure of having to work with. There was 2-3 switches of management living there only 12 months and this current one has to be the worst. They will never answer the phone, but that is the least terrible thing shockingly. Our apartment at Arbor Pointe had gotten shot up the summer of 2022 and their response was terrible. All they did was power wash the blood off the sidewalk, put a bush where a bullet landed by our door, and then lied for months about putting cameras up. I called 3 months after the incident asking about if they were ever going to put up the promised cameras, and they very conveniently received them that day, but 1-2 months later and they had yet to install them. I had my clothes stolen out of the laundry facility (of course no cameras, hours for it arent followed, and the door is never locked so anyone non-resident or not can come in). They would shut off water multiple times with ZERO warning. and then would not answer the phone and their maintenance number would not work. The longest they shut it off once was for almost 6 hours. I had to go out and ask the actual people working on the waterlines and they had 0 answers either. So quick to sound nice and understanding on the phone (when they actually answer), but then not actually do anything they say. And before they want to reply that they’re new management, no, this applies TO the new management. TERRIBLE place to live. So unsafe. They don’t care about you. It’s dirty. And they’ll still raise rent after your apartment gets shot up (by over $300 too) So loud and quiet hours aren’t followed, especially for the pool so good luck if you live near it because there’s no sound blocking. It’s also right by the parking lot so you’ll hear every car at any hour of the night and day. Place needs to be shut down. Pictures are the bullet holes that were left on our apartment in the 900 buildings."
