"The first apartment was flooded, and they offered no solution, only suggesting breaking the lease. A week later, they informed us about an available apartment, requiring us to sign a new lease in the same area but a different building for more expensive rent of course. On one occasion, they automatically withdrew money from our bank, but the manager claimed not to have received it and charged us a fee. Despite having receipts for all rent payments, my friend continues to face difficulties due to the rude manager. After weeks of struggles, we had to escalate the matter to the manager's superior to finally get it resolved, even though rent had been paid. Eventually, they issued an apology, but no one should have to endure such an ordeal. Management is not good and customer is obviously not their priority so be mindful what you are signing up for."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have been dealing with maintenance issues for MONTHS and they keep telling me that I need to wait on their contractor to come fix the issue. It started when I had mold growing on the ceiling in the guest bathroom accompanied by a pocket of liquid. Then they painted over the mold and poked a hole in the ceiling to get the water out. They use MY bathroom trash can to catch the water and put the bag of trash on the floor in my bathroom. The ceiling continued to leak and made the ceiling look horrible over time. WEEKS later they made an even bigger hole and left pieces of the ceiling in my trash can that they used to catch water from before. A few weeks after that, there’s a huge hole in my ceiling and dust is everywhere. Now my water in that bathroom is yellow. It is not yellow in the master bathroom, but they’re trying to blame it on the city. The city had yellow water several weeks ago, not the week of July 23,2023. They told me to just run the water until it’s clear & even after going through this since May, they’re still waiting on a contractor to fix my ceiling. That’s not even going into how they rushed the remodel of my apartment so all the hardwood/vinyl flooring was installed terrible and it’s coming apart everywhere. It’s also not talking about how the cabinet under the kitchen sink flooded several times and now the cabinet is ruined and yet we’re STILL waiting on a contractor for the cabinet to be fixed as well. I have pictures of ALL OF IT! I have told them how I have a one year old child who uses that guest bathroom everyday and they do not care. Save yourself the trouble! The rent price is NOT worth the quality of the apartments."

"I’ve moved here in December and haven’t yet gotten any quality sleep due to the floors being old and squeaky. I pay over $900 in rent each month for a 1 bedroom just to be woken up by LOUD squeaking floors every night at approximately 4:00am-6:00am in the morning.(time my upstairs neighbor wakes up) I understand that with living in an downstairs apartment you’re bound to hear some noise and I’m not typically the one to complain over every little thing but the squeaking squealing sounds from the ceilings are UNBEARABLE. It’s the loudest and most consistent when I’m laying in my bedroom. I could put up with quite a bit but this is affecting my livelihood everyday. The floor squeaks a ridiculously loud noise and my neighbors stay up moving at all times of the night. I spoke with management the ONLY Suggestion they had was for me to turn my television on before I go to sleep at night as if I even sleep with my television on. Zaneta Williams the property manager begs people for good reviews to make the apartments seem better than what they are. most of the good reviews are coming from people she asked to write them. Other than that. They’re decent."

"Muse Apartments is a great place to live! I lived here for 3 years. It was very quiet and the office staff was great! Zaneta always held events during the different season and gave backpacks and supplies for the kids when it was time to go back to school. Allen( The maintenance manager always made sure my work orders were completed in a timely manner. They give a great sense of community! I don’t just feel like I am just paying rent. I feel apart of the community like family. Smiling face’s every time you walk in the office! I’m definitely recommend this community."

"It has only been 3 days and I am emotionally distraught. I was told that I could basically be homeless because I requested a discount because my apartment was not ready to move in on the move-in date. There was dust and construction supplies around when I got my keys. None of my cabinet doors are on, My stove is missing a burner and my locks are loose. I was told to pay the pro-rated rent even though my apartment was not ready to move in. The way this is going I could not see myself renewing or suggesting anybody else live here. Awful management experience."
