"Please, please look elsewhere. These are only TWO out of the multiple. The reviews are true! I had to share my place with RATS. I had to set traps to catch them and kill them. I had to deal with embarrassment when I had company. Traps everywhere, rats disrespectful coming out while company visits as if they paid rent! I accused my child of leaving food wrappers around the house. I took away electronics and everything, thinking he was just being careless. I didn’t believe him when he said it wasn’t him because only the two of us lived here, and I’ve never experienced this before! Rat droppings are everywhere! In the kitchen, in the bathrooms, and in the bedrooms. I am terrified of rats, and I felt uncomfortable in my own home. I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy. & to make things worst, NO I did not live on the first floor. I have videos I would set up a camera just to catch them to figure out where they were going and coming from. You would think I lived outside in a field."
"Do not, I repeat, do not rent here. High turnover for office staff and management. There's currently no manager, only office assistant (you can't move in and sign lease without a manager signature) Trash pickup is a joke. Raccoons are everywhere because people leave trash sitting outside apt instead of walking or driving it to dumpster. Community used to be really nice when Olympus owed and managed property, but when new owners came in, it's been a downward spiral ever since. Keep looking. There's other nicer apartments in West Little Rock and surrounding area."
"In July, 2023, I decided to rent a two bedroom apartment. The day before move in, I inspected the new apartment only to find it in terrible condition. There was mold around the master bath tub. The refrigerator had been installed improperly so that doors could not be opened while standing in the kitchen. There was no icemaker, even though I had been promised an icemaker. Only after 25 phone calls to the management office and to the corporate office and waiting for 9 weeks have I finally gotten my deposit refunded. No matter what you decide to do, I would advise a prospective renter to avoid this property. Don't walk -- RUN!"
"I’ve been here for 1 month. They claimed “ newly renovated” can I just say tacky! The property management team lacks job knowledge! This is not it! If I had given myself another week to move to the area for work. I would have chosen to look elsewhere. Until the lease is up I’m going to do my part and bounce! Never have I ever!"
"Just like people, places can experience transformations. I know this sounds cheesy and something a marketing person would say but it’s true. This is the first place I toured and after just a few more inquiries, I knew Olympus would be my next home. You can read some pretty discouraging reviews on here but they are all apart of a previous life for the property. I haven’t experienced anything negatively to write about so far, then again, it’s only been 2 weeks. However, first impressions are everything in today’s world and mine are overwhelmingly positive. Any community could have top of the line amenities but if the managment sucks then you’ll never use them because the amenities are usually attached to the office. You won’t have that problem here. The owners are making tons of effort to revive this small community. I see it in the little details. The new staff here is kind and full of positive energy. They care and so I care about being the best resident I can be. All my work orders have been promptly addressed and solved. My apartment was clean and everything has been renovated. I have stainless steel appliances and all new flooring. I feel lucky because whoever designed the apartments renovation must have known I would be moving in, because the style fits my personality. (I really like grey decor.) And one last but important detail, the people. The people here are very friendly and I’m excited to meet more of them, also my dog Luna has new friends."
