"I have lived here for about a month now and it has been great! When looking for a place to live in Little Rock, we stumbled upon this place. When we walked in, Andrew immediately greeted us, gave us a tour, and answered all of our questions. After that, it was very easy to choose to this as my new home. Filling out the application was straightforward, and the admin fee was waived as my job is on their preferred employer list (an extra perk!). Living here has been great! My apartment is extremely nice and new, and the amenities offered are great. Additionally, I really like the location right next to the Promenade (restaurants, shopping, movies, etc.), many groceries stores (Kroger, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Costco (great for gas!), and not far from Two Rivers Park and Pinnacle Mountain for outdoor activities! The management has been great and very friendly, especially Andrew who was always able to help and answer all of my questions! Highly recommend leasing an apartment here if you are looking!"
