"The lady Brittany in the office has a very nasty attitude. Anytime you call up there or have a question she gets an attitude and she doesn’t know how to talk to people. Every since she has became the property manger the property value has went down it was lovely when I moved out there 3 years ago but now I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody…no this is the correct business"

"I do not recommend this apartment complex. I live out of the state and wanting to move in this apartment. I kept calling and calling the leasing office and left messages a few times and finally someone answered my phone call and when I started asking questions about specific unit I was interested in and that person had no knowledge about that unit and had no knowledge that there was a rent special for February. She claimed there were no rent special when it clearly says $1000 off rent next month on their website. This just shows how bad the management is if they aren’t properly trained or have any knowledge about the apartments and etc. none of them returned my phone calls. That’s huge red flag. No thanks!!! I found a better place to live in anyway."

"The community is good. We have others from other country, don’t appreciate freedom and infringe on people privacy thru tapping into entertainment system. We need to know our neighbors. See something say something. Our freedom is a threat to other countries who are in USA. Pay attention to your neighbor and the noise they make."

"Do not move into this complex... They lost our move-in documents and then charged us $600 when we moved out for something that we reported in our move-in inspection. They said that it was up to us to provide evidence we included that in our inspection.... Way to drop the ball and then punish us? Then, they charged us over $400 for various cleaning fees. $100 was to clean the bathtub, because it was slightly dirty. Not only is this arguably illegal (things have to be "unreasonably" damaged or unclean for your complex to charge you with their cleaning fees in Arkansas), but that's just a laughably fake price point. They also took a picture of a small clump of our dog's hair resting on top of the carpet and marked it as a "stain" and that was $50-75. I don't understand... Were you not going to vacuum the floor for the new tenant? Did I mention that this was all additional to them keeping our $350 deposit? Yeah, they essentially charged us an additional month's rent ($1,350) to move out, when our apartment was perfectly within reasonable standards. I was eventually able to get them to trim off $300 from the move out bill, but this was after months of asking them to reconsider or at least provide me with the cleaning invoices that proved it would be $100 to clean a bathtub, for example. They never sent them to me. They only ever passed me along to someone else who was completely unhelpful. This is not moral or legal behavior. This is greed at its finest and I highly recommend you look elsewhere in Little Rock, even though leasing laws aren't very tenant-friendly in Arkansas anyway."
