"Withdrew my application after I got approved for a unit: very remote area. They wanted me to pay the $300 deposit plus a pro rate rent that is worth a whole month rent even though I was gonna move in on the 1st of the month. They showed me a display room with missing door. Went through a lot of hassles with management. So I decided this is not the place to rent from if this is the prelude management offer to a prospect tenant. I preferred to loose the application fees. Good luck with them!"

"Ms.Shannon and her staff were amazing ! The entire time of my leasing experience was great 5/5. Rating 2/5 stars because the new leasing team is unorganized chaos. they never answer the phone or emails, I’ve called 3days in a row between the times 8am-5pm while at work just to get an answer to my question and have gotten no answer. There is not even a phone line for you to leave a voicemail, if they do not answer during open hours.They close at 6pm on weekdays but somehow everyday they are closed before 5pm. The entire ordeal is a real inconvenience if we cannot get a reply from the direct phone lines nor emails. Communication must be worked between management and renters or else the retreat will no longer feel as a retreat."

"Shannon and her staff at The Retreat at Chenal are truly amazing. We had to quickly find a place for our daughter to live during the early days of the pandemic. With everything shut down and only being able to do things online, it made us so nervous. Shannon was amazing! She was helpful and so nice. I had so many questions -- and she answered them promptly. I had called several other properties and NO ONE else responded like Shannon did. The day we moved in, Shannon was running around the property cleaning and getting apartments ready and just making sure the grounds looked nice. I have NEVER seen a property manager hustle like Shannon does. We had a short list of things that needed attention when we left after moving our daughter in on Friday and Saturday --- these items were addressed / fixed by Tuesday. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live in Little Rock."

"Original date of review: April 22, 2019 I moved in on 0ct 8, 2013 and have loved every minute since then. My unit had brand new carpet when I moved in. I've never had any problems here. It's nice and quiet. First apartment property I looked at when I came to Little Rock and I immediately took it. I live on the top floor and I can sit on my balcony and see Pinnacle Mt laid out in full view. (Well, from my unit anyway.) Never had any bugs. I keep my place clean but still... nothing but spiders and mayflies out here. :D Management has always ALWAYS been good to me. I didn't have much when I moved in and the old apt manager was kind enough to gift me some items. The management as of now is amazing as well. Never had anything break down on me until a few months back when my a/c was leaking and my toilet. D: BUT it was taken care of that day. Everything is wonderful here. Breaks my heart that they no longer accept housing choice vouchers. I'm definitely sad to go."

"I have been living here for almost two months now and I love it! The office and maintenance staff is awesome! I have only had one maintenance issue and when I called it in , Gilbert was at my apartment in less than 15 mins!! Teresa and Cynthia are the best!! They are so sweet and helpful! I love sitting on my balcony and watching the sunset! The views here are unbelievable!! And it’s such a quite and peaceful place to live!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!"
