"Horrible response on complaints"

"Went through a year lease without issue. I was sent an email through their website with an offer to renew. I submitted the application twice and both times it was denied, (they don't have a drop down for all of my income types nor a misc catch all selection. Apparently veterans disability compensation is not ok with them) The only person who answers their phone couldn't help and said that they need to ask someone else. In the mean time, my lease was month to month. They gave me less than 14 days notice that they are going to remodel. I highly doubt the remodel was planned last minute without the courtesy of communicating this earlier. This caused my family and I to be homeless. In their letter, their reason was that they will remodel to rent the unit at a higher rate. Don't expect communication from this greedy company. Steer clear if possible. Also, don't expect work orders to be completed in less than 40 days. This was their standard response to every work order submitted. They are more crooked than a cork screw. I am adding this last paragraph for more clarity, since the company has doesn't have any information about the person referenced. Her name is Amber, I couldn't forget after my first and only face to face. During covid masking, I came by. I called her while outside because I had papers for her and there is no accessible drop box and the glass exterior door was locked. She asked me on the phone if I know how to open a door, because she said it was open. I explained to her that it wasn't, she scoffed, hung up and she unlocked the glass door. I assume she is just plain mean all the time. As for the mobile app, the company obviously cannot refute the claim that there isn't a selection for Veterans Disability Compensation which is nothing, even law wise close to Social Security or any other income selection. Nor is there any possibility to submit the application under any way. It might be a little unfair to call the entire company crooked, but she is the only representative from Trinity Multifamily I have had the pleasure of interacting with."
