"I loved living here for the year I did. Small, but for one person it was great. It was always clean, well maintained and easy to feel like home. I lived on the bottom floor. and it was very nice. Washer and dryer machines included, dishwasher, etc... This was a really good place to live. It may not look like it, but coming from Highland Park, Dallas Texas, this was really good and great for the price. Highly recommend. Don - the owner is very friendly, timely, and great to have as a landlord. Very easy to work with and submit payments, have things fixed, etc... Probably one of the best places I've ever lived. I moved because I got engaged and am getting married and we needed more space for our family. And, we moved just down the street anyway. Great area, close to transit and police and highway. "I lived here for a period when Brandon was the owner and also for a period now that Don is the owner. Brandon was amazing! He was on top of everything and he didn't let just anyone move in! Now that DON owns the complex, it has completely gone downhill! He is TERRIBLE at communication! He can't seem to let his tenants know if there has been a change in rules and you have to ask him over and over again if you have a question or if you need something fixed. He also rents to anyone and the quality of people living there has gotten a bit sketchy since he took over ownership. This complex also has a bug problem! I had to keep ALL of my food in the fridge and couldn't use my cabinets for anything other than dishes. Oh and he still owes me $200 of my deposit but ignores my texts about it. DO NOT RENT HERE OR FROM DON PERIOD!!!!"

"DO NOT live here! I lived here when Brandon was the manager and it was fantastic! Absolutely the best land lord you could ask for. But right before I moved he sold it to another guy/company. The service I have received from them has been absolutely HORRIBLE. I have tried to contact them 6 different times over the past 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. I have been trying to get my deposit back and they refuse to answer any of my calls or texts (I can see his "read receipts"). I have also talked to people who live their currently, and they said that rent cannot be paid online, and the rent checks are not cashed until the middle of the month. So disappointing."

"RENTER BEWARE!! Do NOT move here! The quality of people that live here are low class and horrible (5 people living in a one bedroom apartment, doing illegal drugs?!). Even though the apartments are supposedly "Smoke Free", the tenants still smoke inside their apartments and the smoke comes through the thin walls making everything smell awful!! The landlord does nothing about this or any other problems brought to his attention. Seemed like a great place to live with the "urban feel", but it has turned into the worst decision ever."
