I just down right hate Lindsey management and will never rent from Lindsey again. They will make you pay for every tiny little thing possible. It's not the ladies in the office, it's Lindsey!"

"I stayed here for 11 months and then moved to another Lindsey management complex. The maintenance was perfect and quick. The apartment was in a good condition and it was clean, mo bugs or insects. All appliances are available. Staff are nice, Hayley, Kristine, and Bailey and everyone else. The manager is nice too! Nobody was rude at all!! I didn’t have any problem at all! I would totally recommend this place to anyone who’s moving to Fayetteville."

"Property management is absolutely terrible, management is lazy and loves making up rules that are not in your lease as they go. The apartment is not bad community is rather nice but the management will try to control your life on this property. Also take note of everything wrong before signing the lease. The maintenance guys are awesome and timely."

"The Cliffs II Executive Townhomes were awesome! We recently relocated to Fayetteville and needed a place to stay for one month until we could move into our new home. The managers and staff at the Cliffs were always polite and went far above and beyond what they were required to do to accommodate us. We will miss the staff, they were just awesome! Our fully furnished Townhome was on the top floor and was gorgeous! Plus, it had beautiful views of the mountains. My kids enjoyed the Olympic sized, sparkling clean pool and I loved the very large fitness center, which had, what appeared to be, all brand new exercise equipment and was always quiet and clean. It had every kind of machine you could need and free weights as well. My 19 year old son especially liked to go hiking up the mountain and the hiking paths were right outside our townhome. He said the paths were well maintained and wide enough for two people to comfortably walk side-by-side. He also enjoyed going fishing in one of their several fishing ponds. The entire complex was beautifully maintained and landscaped with flowering shrubs, waterfalls and fountains. In addition, it was always quiet and safe, even at night. I applaud the management and staff for ensuring it was kept safe and quiet by doing their job maintaining order. As far as paying for our stay, it went without a hitch. They were always straight forward and the rates were very reasonable, especially for such an upscale executive townhome. In addition, they refunded our full deposit when we moved out. I've always had my deposits refunded, no matter where I've stayed, by treating others' property with respect and by taking the time and putting forth the effort to clean our place when we moved out! Thank you, staff and management, for providing such a beautiful, safe place for people to call home, even if it is temporary! You rocked!"

"STEER CLEAR! I could not be more upset with my entire stay with Cliffs Two Apartments. It all began from Day 1, when I was led to believe I could move-in on a certain date. I began arranging moving services and scheduling my help. Only upon that day did I learn that I would be unable to move in--Thanks. Now it has come to the end of my lease and I have recently purchased a house, however, I won't be able to move in until 1 month after my original lease expiration. I have given Cliffs Two 60 days notice of this, however, they will charge me an additional $100 for that extension--I'm asking for 30 days, people--not a month-to-month lease. I might note, that I have been a decent tenant; I don't complain, I pay my rent on time, I follow their rules. It just really bothers me that in this scenario I am being gouged by the people at Cliffs Two and Lindsey Management. Never again and never for my (future) kids."
