"Sign outside said all rooms renovated. My room had holes in the walls blood on the walls and shower curtain. Door was split down the middle fridge is leaking water on floor and only the bathroom light worked. Front door was so loud to open as it was dragging on the floor.my kids in the next room froze their butts off because the heater doesnt work or screamed all night. How you can say all rooms are renovated is beyond me. Fire everyone who works there its a dump and should be torn down. This is an honest review full truth"

"Definitely one of my favorite places to stay with a jacuzzi in the room. The hotel in general is very clean and organized. The room was magnificent and in a very neat and orderly Manor. (NO BUGS OF ANY KIND) that's always a PLUS!!! It's very very quiet for the most part. You may hear the sounds of traffic way more often than you would any person at this hotel. Peaceful is the way a hotel stay is supposed to be. The staff here are very friendly and courteous. You definitely want to book the jacuzzi room if you stay here. You just can't beat it. The other rooms are very spacious and that's a huge plus as well."

"The jacuzzi room was great! It even had led lights along the ceiling that change colors. Be aware though, if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. There are train tracks not too far away but the frequency lessens overnight"

"Best motel on university! Very spacious. I had 2 beds with a nice, comfortable sitting chair & the price is very reasonable. Only thing I believe is that if you're trying to rent a weekly they don't give discounts like some other motels. The owners were very nice and respectable. They are willing to work with you all you have to do is be honest, be clean & make sure you're not too noisy. I had a great experience & would recommend everybody!"

"Property watch clean safe and seems to be well kept. But my stay was very unusual the lock on my door broke preventing me from getting out of my room. The office staff wasn't able to open the door. There is no maintenance personal on site. Staff called the manager who said he would come to open the door. After over two hours waiting and no action taken to open the door I had to call the fire department myself. I understand this was a rare problem and office staff should not be expected to be to fix a problem of this sort. My complaint is their complete lack of concern and unwillingness to call in someone to open the door."
