"I was really trying to refrain from writing a review, but after my roommates and I moved into our "brand new fully renovated apartment," I have had enough. Where do I even start? We moved in last week and I already have an animal crawling through the vent above my room. Wakes me up nice and loud every morning. Which is so funny to me because my numerous maintenance requests in our last apartment we always had birds in our ceilings, our walls, and our dryer, because our vents did not have a cover from the outside. Let's not forget that I had to remove the bird from the dryer myself because maintenance never came to get it. They were made aware of every single animal, every single time but never did anything about it. They came by once to remove a bird. You would think that at this point, with renovating new units, they could use their critical thinking skills and plan for the construction team to properly cover the vents as they clearly have the right equipment and can get up to the height of our vents. Then, on move-in day, they did not even have someone clean our apartment before we moved in. There was debris everywhere, in all of the rooms. Wood chips all over our kitchen/living room. The overhead light in my bedroom did not even work and was just fixed a week later. There were several other light fixtures in our apartment that did not work as well. Now, the light fixtures have all since been fixed, but it just adds to the annoyance of going through the troubles of moving, to not even have a fully ready apartment. They gave us a move out date, just for our apartment to not be ready so they had to push it a couple days, just for us to move in and it still not be fully ready."
"Wish I could give negative stars. Make sure you read the lease before signing! We were forced to move out of our apartment for construction in the middle of the semester with NO compensation. I also think they've been deleting bad reviews off their site so don't be fooled. Not to mention we won't even have access to the balcony in our new unit because they're behind on construction. The only person who I think cares is Quinn, the guy who works in the leasing office. Oh and the appliances are cheap and not properly installed. Our blinds fell off and hit me in the face! I still have a scar where they almost took my eye out!! "
"I’m not one for bad reviews but this place takes the cake. Our unit has been under construction and will need further construction so they are moving us into a whole new unit 2 months before summer (when they know most ppl go home). Could they not wait? And while we are still living in the unit, construction on the roof is happening. Bright and early 8am on a SUNDAY banging over and over right above our rooms. And now we are expected to move allll our things out right before we move out in July anyways. Moving 4 college students right in the middle of mid terms simply for more profit on their next tenants. Wait until people move out for reconstruction or don’t do it. If you move here read the lease THOROUGHLY because they can move you out and they WILL. I wish i could insert a video to show you just how LOUD the banging on our roof is, it shakes the whole place- all day. Photo is all the nails on our staircase. We have a dog who could easily hurt themselves on that"
"Spacious, decent pricing for the space. Maintenance issues took forever to resolve, if ever. When I moved in my mirror was damaged, the window had permanent condensation that was always dripping or dried crusty, and the windows upstairs and downstairs had no blinds. It was quiet, had thick walls, a nice parking lot that made it easy to have friends over that could park there. Clubhouse had a nice gym, easy to use printer, and easy mail delivery system. Main issue is that it is not walkable to campus but is on the Razorback transit bus route. I lived here when it was Ozark Villas."
"This place needs ZERO stars. Water is coming into the roof of our unit. Buckets of standing water. The complex is trying to remodel other unsafe empty units to move us into. Meanwhile it has been 30 days with buckets collecting water over the kitchen appliances and water coming through light fixtures. We should have been moved immediately or immediately released from the lease. This complex has zero concern for residents."
