"Housekeeping was consistent, room was very clean and in comparison to other budget friendly stays in the area, this is a 5 Star. Checked out to find cheaper rooms nearby and they were all filthy SMH. Needless to say I fled back, would stay again."

"Worst motel experience I’ve ever had! Took four attempts to even get a key to open a room. First room hadn’t been cleaned. Next room supposedly had, but there was dog hair all over the bed, bath was so stopped up you had to stand in sludge, door didn’t lock, and room was overall filthy! That’s not even mentioning the fact that workers were remodeling a room on the floor right above us at 11pm! They didn’t even try to be quiet, but instead were hollering to one another, hammering, and throwing wood on the floor and generally being extremely loud and annoying! Please don’t make the same mistake we did. DONT stay here! The place should be shut down by the health department!"

"Finding a place to stay after the tornado destroyed my apartment on March 31, 2023 was troubling for me. I have a pet, so the emergency shelters were not the ideal choice for me. I remembered Extended Stay America from a few years back when I was transitioning between homes. I spent nearly three weeks there then and have been again for over a month this time. They are pet friendly. Offer spacious rooms with home like amenities. The staff went beyond the normal helping me print and mail documents to FEMA so I could get financial to find another place to live. I'm going to miss staying here but I'll always know I have a second home at Extended Stay America if the situation ever demands again. Thank you guys"

"The room itself was clean but the lobby area was dirty. There were no dishes or supplies in the room. The entire place smelled like pot. I felt unsafe because the window lock was a piece of metal attached to the window frame to keep it from opening all the way. Someone could get in that window in no time. The poor desk worker was the only employee there when I checked in, and he was stressed out and fighting with his wife on the phone, telling her he couldn’t leave because he was the only one there. He was friendly and helpful but not enough of him to go around. In the morning, there was no one at the desk to check me out. Coffee had been made in the lobby but there were no cups. I will not be staying there again."
