"Very professional operation with knowledgeable staff"
"My husband and I went on Mon for a part for our AC. There was a younger guy who was nice and helpful, and the lady in the back office was also very sweet and engaged with my kids when we went in there today. The rest of the staff at the desk are so condescending and rude. They argue with customers (my husband and I, and we heard one other couple be treated the same) they act like they hate what they do or maybe just hate life in general. We ended up going to Dey Distrubuting in Eagan and it was a night and day difference in how we were treated. Definitely lost us as future customers and will not recommend to anyone else either."
"Very difficult company to do business with. I am building a new house and Ferguson is not willing/able to provide me with the details I ask for. They will not give pricing, the part descriptions provided on the quotes are cryptic and it is VERY difficult to match the selected components on the quote with the items in the showroom...without a sales agent pointing them out. My wife and I stopped into the showroom without an appointment requesting assistance with matching the items on our invoice with the items in the showroom (to verify the correct items before they were purchased by my builder). The receptionist was less then helpful. She made it very clear that I SHOULD HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT and walk-ins are not welcomed. She instant messaged the sales agent I was working with to see if she was available to help me. She told me the agent was not able to see me. I asked if someone else could help us (we only needed 5 minutes of someone's time), she said no. I asked if she could help us match the items on our invoice to the showroom items and she said she could not. In the end, my wife and I walked blindly around the showroom, unsuccessful at matching the items to our invoice. The show room is not set-up for a customer to come in on their own to walk around. We left the showroom very frustrated with our experience. I told my builder I want to limit the business I give Ferguson to the absolute minimal due to our experience. I do not want to give them any more business than I need to get my house built."
"Very helpful. Worth the time. Go here before the big box stores as you receive knowledgeable, small town service along with competitive pricing. Also, a must if you are trying to find parts or replacements for older kitchen/bathroom faucets fixtures."
"I would never use again! We selected all plumbing fixtures from Ferguson (Burnsville) for a major home remodel late 2015; 2 tubs, 2 toilets, 3 faucets, 2 shower head/controls, 2 tub controls. The first impression was good; the floor salesman was helpful and professional but it went downhill immediately. He didn't get the order written up for our contractor even after repeated requests. He must have forgotten part of the order as when supplies came in there were errors; major kitchen faucet was wrong and one faucet was left off order. His mistake without question as we ordered the faucet he said he had in his home and highly recommended. Unnecessary plumber delays and trips back to store resulted. When I returned four surplus items for credit at the end of remodel, only two were credited and I had to return to store or would have been out several hundred dollars. Attention to detail was terrible!! Recently called manager to report and while he was polite and said "we're sorry", that was it. I didn't get the sense anyone cared. If there is a next time I will surely use another supplier. The motto, "You can buy better but you can't pay more." applies."
