"i GOT MY CPAP 8 MONTHS AGO I HAVE HAD TO GET REPLACEMENT PARTS 4 TIMES NO PROBLEMS ,THEN THE SAID I NEED A DOCTORS NOT SHOWING I HAVE BEEN USING THE C PAP GOT IT NOT GOOD ENOUGH SO NOW I CANT GET ANY SUPPLYS BUT MEDICARE AND MEDICA SAYS EVERYTHING IS OK THEY SHOULD GIVE ME MY SUPPLYS THE WONT SO MEDICA IS SWITCHING ME TO ANOTHER PROVIDER STAY AWAY FROM FAIRVIEW MEDICAL AND FAIVIEW"

"I was issued a CPAP by this company at the beginning of the year. Things were going OK until I switched insurance companies, then they put me through to collections. I have now since realize that they didn’t follow the appropriate process with the new insurance company and they are now reconciling the issue. This business is tough and it’s complicated but I would think twice about paying a bill sent from this company knowing that they may not have completed all the steps to get paid by the other parties."

"Went in with my husband Michael to get him a new mask for his CPAP and this scheduling coordinator was so rude. She had such an attitude and didn't help us at all but left us no choice than not getting anything. Michael asked to talk to the manager or the person in charge to help him choose a new mask since he's been having issue with mask leaks and and she just answered.. No you CAN"T!!! You need an appointment. We've been there before during covid and didn't need any appointment. What kind of service is this ??? this person cannot work in customer service. We are now considering getting our supplies from Home medical."

"I couldn’t have been happier with my experience here. I got a new CPAP machine and they walked me through it. Called me two days later to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. I knew what my insurance would pay for and I did research on using my prescription with an online provider...much better for me to stick with where my prescription is."
