Geek Squad

"No place for ZERO stars for this Geek Squad location. Made an appointment that was supposed to be only 10 minutes long. Waited over 10 minutes past the appointment time for the technician. I needed help to synch my new Charge 6 Fitbit to my iPhone cuz I couldn't get it to synch on my own. Neither could he-- after fumbling around for about 20 minutes, he concluded that I must have a bad Fitbit, but made no effort to help me get an exchange-- I could wait another 20 minutes at customer service for that. Fed up, I left-- no help from Geek Squad and no customer service. No need to bother returning to the Burnsville store when Eagan & Apple Valley at least service customers! Then, to top it off, I got an email later stating that I had canceled the appointment-- which I did not do. Worst experience ever and I have been a BB customer for over 15 years."

"Its a very long story. But spent hours trying to figure it what was wrong with my phone. They weren't able to figure it out. Samsung says that this is the problem and geek squad says thats not the problem and thats not what there computer says. This is a replacement phone I got from them and will never go through them again."

"They dont even fix electronics in house it is sent out to a 3rd party vendor"
