"This is a small neighborhood park but perfect for the neighborhood because it has a playground, basketball court and a pool. With the pandemic and working to be careful to be out eating in public too much, we decided to sit here for dinner and just watch the sky change colors."

"The parks aren't what they used to be. After paying exorbitant HOA fees I have to pay a deposit to get a key to access the amenities. The grass is kept green in the summer (when no one uses it) and allowed to die in the winter. The HOA office doesn't return voicemails."
