"Picked up a capacitor for $36. Wife picked one up same day without me knowing. Went to return one I picked up and they have a no return policy on those electronic items which makes sense, but I was not made aware of it when purchased. Manager made his case respectfully on policy, but allowed me to return the brand new product anyhow. He handled it extemely well. As an owner new to pools I am learning how things work in this industry. I appreciate this manager allowing me to do this because he did not have to do so. I still would have been a Leslie customer regardless, but I left with a good impression of this location. Good business over a $36 product."
