"The members here are atrocious. Extremely rude and full of themselves. There was a wedding going on, and a couple of the members seemed to have an attitude about it and made a stink of it. Why would a venue allow the garbage members here to be playing golf during a wedding event? I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially after seeing how ugly the members were acting."

"I used to sing high praises for Arrowhead Country Club. I would refer everyone I knew to host their events here as I love the atmosphere and food. We went to an engagement party here recently and I was SHOCKED at how blasé the employees were. We opened doors up as the AC was clearly not working and they would proceed to close them. The internet was spotty at best and the microphone sound system was something from the 90s. When trying to clean up it took multiple requests and many attempts to hunt someone down to provide a garbage bag to collect trash. I’m only giving it two stars because the bar tender was EXCELLENT. Very friendly and made good drinks all night, other than that steer clear for your next event unless you are ready to spend lots of money for an underwhelming experience."

"Very disappointed with Arrowhead Country Club! I’ve hosted multiple events there over the years and decided to host my engagement party there as well. As I drive up on the day of my engagement, I was welcomed by a festival happening on the front entrance of the country club. There was loud music, food trucks, vendors, bounce houses, and more. I was shocked that I wasn’t notified of this festival happening at the same time as my engagement party. I booked Arrowhead Country Club due to its prestigious name, and luxurious atmosphere. My guests were confused and didn’t know where to go as the front entrance was blocked off. The festival took away from the sophisticated experience I was expecting for my guests. In addition to the festival happening, the AC wasn’t working, there was no internet, their systems were down, and their microphone AV system kept cutting off when the priest was doing a prayer. We were playing music on our iPad and not having internet caused us to have to go somewhere else and download all the music in order to play it. These are things I shouldn’t have to worry about when hosting an event at a prestigious country club and run around last minute to get things resolved. I understand that other events can overlap but I would’ve liked to know about this members event festival. I would’ve made other arrangements if I knew. I also understand that technology issues occur, that is not in anyone’s control and I appreciate the country club getting a hotspot but it also wasn’t working where our event was held. I emailed the management about these concerns and also got on a call with them. I appreciate them taking the time to speak to me. However, it was disappointing that their resolution was to inform future guests of their weekly members event, took $50 off the AV bill, and offered dinner for my fiancé and I at their restaurant. After spending over $11,468, their resolution of taking $50 off the bill was unheard of. I was shocked at their response. I was expecting a lot more from Arrowhead Country Club! Very disappointed!"

"My fiancé and I just hosted our wedding at ACC. The staff was beyond helpful and truly will do anything and everything they can to make sure your day is perfect! We worked with Rebecca and Dan and they were such a great team! Rebecca is so organized and makes the process so easy. I truly loved our day and can’t recommend ACC enough."

"Magical Day Starts with A Magical Team Booking the Country Club for our Wedding Venue was the best choice. The ease of having a large well lit designated place to get ready, shaded ceremony, indoor and outdoor cocktail and reception capabilities was a dream. Kaitlynn Gaer seamlessly worked with all of our vendors and large family to make sure everything came together. She felt like part of our family. It was really all hands on deck to plan and execute our wedding in less then 2 months. We couldn’t be more grateful for Kaitlynn and all the staff at the country club. They even thought about the small details and moved some of our decor from the wedding ceremony down to the reception for us including our arch. They did all of this while my guest ate and drank to merriment and my Groom and I walked around the golf course with our photographer. I am still in awe over all the beautiful spots to take our wedding photos at. We found some beautiful stone paths, trees, ponds and of course the quintessential bridge to photograph our wedding day at. The food at the reception was far better then imagined. I know it was my own wedding but it was the best food I have had at anyone’s wedding yet. Also, ask my family they couldn’t believe how savory their food was. Thank you Arrowhead Country Club for making our iconic day so special."
