"Spent a large sum of money for a new pump and to have it installed. The tech went to pick up the pump to install and was told that the store didn't have the pump in stock. I spent the whole morning waiting on someone to call me to tell me they were coming to install and no one did. Had I not called an hour after someone was supposed to show up I would have never known no one was coming or had my appointment rescheduled. Apparently they did indeed have the pump at the store they just couldn't find it at the time. I now have to wait all afternoon tomorrow to have someone call me to tell me when they will be coming to install the pump I have sitting at the store."

"Wish it was possible to give zero stars!!! The worst company. I have spent thousands of dollars with this business, but not one more penny! Had them install an $1100 dollar pentair pump on my pool, paid even more to have them install it so I could get "their" 3 yr warranty. No visible leaks or problems but the pump started to deteriorate where it attaches to the pump, looks really bad and seems like the metal beneath the paint is crumbling like concrete. Service tech came out and looked at it for 1 minutes and said that the "internal leak" that caused the damage is definitely not covered!!! Great, thanks you very much, thanks for the "customer service"!!! Please stay away from this business! I will do my best to keep spreading the word about these asshats!"

"I just moved here and I am so glad that I found Danni, who works for this Leslie's pool store. She is so efficient while she multitasks testing your water, telling you about any products you may need, only selling you necessary items. I found out through small talk she's been in the business for over a decade. And it shows! She is very proficient, knowledgeable and and friendly. Great customer service. I'd never hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. Kudos and thank you Danny!"
