"First they wouldn’t make a repair order in the store. Then after 2 tries and the repair order would not go thru online I call. After a frustrating call with someone who barely speaks English the appointment is made for 2 weeks later between 8-12. On Memorial Day at 11 the tech calls and says whoever was supposed to order my sand (really!?!? Just who was that!?!?) ) did not order it AND none of the Leslie’s have it in stock AND it’s a special sand, the only one Leslie’s allows AND they have no idea when they will get it AND only after that they make another appointment. In the meantime my pool gets greener and greener. I think I’ll try someone else."

"Decent place to get pool supplies, but there may be better places with more knowledgeable associates to help you with your pool needs. Wouldn't let me take pictures of the inside. Do they have something to hide or just company policy? I don't know but i don't trust a company that isn't transparent."
