She seems to know what she's doing and I only felt honesty from her. "I moved in roughly about 3 weeks ago and when I tell you between Javi (Javier) the maintenance guy and Natasha in the leasing department ,my experience could not have been greater. Yes there were things that needed to be repaired and tweaked but the entire process was better than I could have ever asked for. I moved from out of town and from management to the staff this place as far as customer service and responsiveness has been great!!! Thank you Tides!"

"Where do I begin?? Moving to the zone would have been a better choice! Neighbors are disgusting to say the least! Everyone leaves open cat food out all day to feed the strays, lying management says people are getting fined which I highly doubt because the cat food is out for the cats picking from sunrise to sunset daily! Homeless people sleeping in cars in the parking lot when I leave for work in the morning, if they aren’t sleep in the parking lot they’re dumpster diving for your left overs. I’m unsure if New York pigeons are worse than the ones taking over patios and rooftops as well as the window seals. I haven’t step foot on my pigeon palace in 3 months due to them nesting. The floor in my apartment could be a challenging putt putt course for a pro due to the sub flooring not being replaced and they laid down cheap flooring anyways. The ac is just as loud as the neighbors music which happens at all hours of the night. The homeless are taking sh@ts behind the neighborhood welcome sign too, I witnessed this personally going to this lack luster property pulling in from work. Total mismanagement!!!"

"Our unit has a horrible cigarette smell and we were told that they did all they could about it. Everything we own now smells like cigarettes and we haven’t even been living there a full week, it’s horrible. Walls are so thin, you can hear everything from all the neighbors. Including loud talking and music bumping at 2am. There also isn’t any sidewalks or grass areas, just buildings and parking lots. Not ideal if you like to be outside or enjoy a walk around your apartment complex. The inside of the apartment is very nice and is very modern and updated. Very nice floors and cabinets. If you don’t mind the smell of cigarettes and a noisy area, then this is the place for you, because the inside is almost worth it."
