"Had a great stay! Very nice staff. Everyone was so personable and welcoming. Room was clean and relaxing. Bed was awesome. Great sleeping! We ate at the restaurant allot as it was also great food and drinks. We'd like to mention Brendon who took care of us allot at valet. He was out favorite.They were all polite and helpful. I'm the dining area wed like to mention Jasmine C. She was our favorite waitress by far. So personable and polite. We'd recommend this hotel high on our list!"
"Great people and service. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. I’d like to have seen less single-use items, like cups etc, and more attention to if/when laundry needed replacing, to decrease the waste accumulated. Overall though, I felt v comfortable and the breakfast food and staff were also great :)"
"Maria Isabel Ramirez made sure our room was nice and tidy, the valets were great, as was service at the restaurant. Front desk was helpful. I was traveling with my 79-year-old father, and the whole staff was attentive to his mobility issues. Top notch"
"I was not a guest of the hotel but attended a conference there last week. The hotel is clean and great for large meeting. The staff at the front desk and valet desk were friendly and very helpful. I was also thankful to meet bartender Aaron. He was very knowledgeable about the origins of beers on tap and helpful in recommending places to visit. But mostly, he made everyone feel welcome. Great staff and venue!"
"My stay at The Renaissance was amazing from beginning to end. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff eagerly greets you. The cleanliness of the entire hotel and rooms are brag worthy. Vesna kept my room clean and tidy and accommodated my every need. The girls at the spa are so friendly and informative. The few days I spent at the beautiful pool area were beyond relaxing, thanks to Mikey for THE BEST frozen margaritas, delivered to me at my chair. Mikey is great to talk to and share a few laughs with. My overall experience is 10/10, and I’m looking forward to staying there again and again!!!"
