"I moved to Palm Shadows in March 2018 and I am happy with my decision of choosing to live here for my retirement. It is located in a convenient area in Glendale, AZ for shopping, eating in restaurants, etc. Life here is very comfortable and relaxed for me at the age of 65 now in 2022."
"Just reading through the comments, I couldn't but put in my 2 cents worth. Although I've never seen black widow spyders, we've been visited by dozens of scorpions outside(only 3 inside) I called the office and the bug guy was out the next day. The management has changed over the last few months and residents seem to more optimistic about the place now. Alot of people have left, that's true. I wish the amenities were better(longer pool hours)."
"My mother in law has a unit here and we have been visiting for about a week. It is nice. The area is a little noisy but the neighborhood itself is quiet and nice. Prices seem reasonable. Community is active. Pool and hot tub are clean and maintained. Neat little spot!"
"I live here I love my neighbors I love the activities that go on. Unfortunately there is a lot of politics I guess that happens every where you live which I'm not involved in. Brand new $80,000 homes are being put in our community, I wonder what the new owners will think of some of our 50 year old homes here. as long as they have a live-and-let-live attitude all will be well."
