"Karen just called me at work and claimed that a maintenance man "just saw me feeding cats at my door and will give me a 10 day notice." Her brother, next door, has a security camera pointed to see in that direction. But guess who has been feeding a cat and can touch that cat since before I moved in?? My boss is ready to back me up! Just wondering what she say (lie) or do next. And legally, landlords can harass you like this."

"I rent here and I cannot stand the fact the pool is never open. Its like they dont want to pay to do the upkeep thru the summer. So annoying having kids and only one pool. Youd think theyd have common sense on paying a pool company to come on a regular basis to have it ready thru the summer. Its been the same for the last almost 5 years Ive been here. Only available less then half the summer. Also youll want to make sure you have your own washer and dryer. They ones they have in their laundry mat only work half the time and people here take your clothes.. Maintenance men are very professional and efficient. They are polite and get the job done with any request."

"Terry is an amazing women, i just happen to be driving by when i thought to my self why not check these apartments out. I was having problems finding an apartment after recently paying off an eviction. I then thought to myself I will have to wait a couple of months before I was able to move and I said why not give it a try and I stopped in to the office, Terry was very helpful nice respectful and she had great conversation she did assure me that she's positive but I will be accepted until the apartments. After almost two months into looking for an apartment I received a phone call from Terry about a week later she didn't for me that I got accepted and approved for the apartment which made me very happy so far moving into my apartment it's been nice quiet more roomy and bigger than my last I haven't had any issues so far and I will recommend he's apartment. The best part about moving into the apartments because my previous apartment I didn't have a pool a playground or washer and dryer inside of my unit in my unit was pretty small now that I have it all I'm loving it is better then the last one so I highly recommend these apartments it hasn't been any crime since I've been here and it's amazing the neighbors are very nice you hardly see them out maybe because it's summer but when you do see your neighbors they are very respectful and very nice."

"I've rented here for 5 years. I absolutely love my apt. I have a one bedroom which is a perfect fit for me. I'm able to have my little dog. Only one thing I wish could change, is the pool open till 11p. The ladies in the office are very professional. Always a friendly smile and ready to help!! Maintenance very professional and quick with requests!"
