"Friends, please, think a thousand times when you want to rent in that place, please, I lived in that place for two years and based on an infection that you have experienced due to the serious contamination of cockroaches I had to evict and now that I want my deposit they They invent 1000 things to be able to steal my money, but they are crazy, I only leave this message so that they be careful, this place is not hygienic at all. I have the evidence, the photographs, whenever you want, I can provide them to you, I have the photographs of the cockroach nest that is in that place, please, be very careful."

"I wish patty was the manager when we first moved in because when she wasn’t it was a absolute nightmare. I regret the decision ever moving in at all because it ended up being more money than what it was actually worth. We moved in to a roach infested unfinished, unmaintenaced townhouse being told on move in day that the rent was actually $150 more than what we previously discussed. We’ve had our cars vandalized, tires patched and replaced from the nails always getting stuck in them from the parking lots being full of trash and tools. We Never washed there again after the machines ruined our clothes and made us spend double the wash cycle because the machines stayed broken. My car was towed in less than 48 hrs notice because security didn’t see the temp tags posted in the window for the simple fact he didn’t walk around the car fully. That was over $250 + gas to go get it back. Someone got white work paint on my black suv, scratched my doors from opening theirs too hard, as well as hit my back bumper hard enough that it is now separating and a gap is showing. My printer was stolen while moving. Constant Pest control for the roaches & spiders. The list goes on. We spent money on extra cleaning and utilities to keep the power on in two places so we can spend the weekend cleaning everything while moving out & it was for nothing because you’re charged $200+ for normal wear and tear anyways. I’m sure if Patty was there from the beginning all of that could’ve been avoided because I’m sure she would’ve told us the correct information from the beginning. She was great & made the last couple of months being there a lot easier to handle. Idk how it is now, but hopefully Patty is still there and if so, I have full confidence our experience won’t happen to someone else."

"was resident of the Park on 57th for a year.. I have experienced harassment from security disloyalty from the management.. We have had several management leasing ladies since I moved in a new one every other month.. None of them keep notes on the residence so they never know anything.. They have stolen my security deposit.. I have been contacting them and I have been waiting on Rosa to call me back I dont know Rosa she started the day I moved out.. Tiffany moved me in and quit the next day.. Tell you about ppl right one of the ladies sent a letter saying if we dont pay for a gate key you will be locked out of the complex.. She quit thr next month after she stole everybody money.. They have no record on your key information. Sad.. Im contacting and attorney now I wish could negative this star.."
