"Save your money. Water shut off every other day for the past 4 months for constant “repairs” . Pool has been closed over a year and still hasn’t reopened as the summer is rapidly approaching. Slow maintenance and just ridiculous, save your money and don’t move here unless you’re absolutely desperate"

"A racist remark was given towards me while visiting a family member by the new owners over in these apartments by the new owners then I was told to leave the property or the cops would be called for trespassing. Thankfully the family member that was staying there has left, besides the cockroach infestation their are also Bedbug's in many buildings friends of mine stay in. And the drug usage around that area is crazy, I've seen thirteen needles laying in the sandbox and a man walks up to me asking if I know where to and I quote "score some pot". If you have children I would recommended not living there."

"I currently live here, my lease is up in 2 months and I'm out! Shortly after moving here the property got sold the new owners began raising the rent for old tenants who lease was up. I think they wanted all new tenants. There are roaches everywhere. Theres a million stray cats around and there's never any office personnel in the office. If you have a PKG in the office you have to call the number on the door and hope their on the property. I gave it 2 stars because they keep the property clean but if you ask anybody who has lived here they'll tell you it's roach invested. Renters beware!!!! The apartment across from me had 2 tenants both stayed less than 6 months after the last one left I seen they finally brought in someone to fumigate"

"From day 1 it has been non stop roaches. This apartment, building is roach infested and they refused to bomb the whole building. My child is afraid to go to sleep or even eat in this place. Have lived here 1 week and slept 1 night there."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. I attempted to rent an apt from these scam artists at the beginning of July. I put in an app and they stated they had to charge me $200 more on top of the $200 deposit! Their reasoning was they said they found an order against me from an apartment I had rented in 2001!! I had NEVER received ANY notice or letter pertaining to ANY such order ever! I called my credit report company and they stated that there wasn't ANY such order, I also called the city where that supposed order was from and there is NO SUCH RECORD of any order!! These guys at this apartment are just trying to SCAM people out of more money!! DONT RENT HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!"
